Almondina Toastees Review

It's been almost four years since I first tried Almondina Cookies. If you don't know about Almondina or never heard about it, let me tell you that you are missing something. I tried Almondina cookies/biscuits 4 years back and since then I am a big fan of this brand. 

I had no idea that Almondina has launched a new snack item named Almondina Toastees. I decided to try these 'Toastees'.You must be thinking what are Toastees. These snacks are well toasted and crunchy that their name Toastees suits these very well.

These Almondina Toastees come in four different flavors. I tried three of the flavors. These snacks come in 5.25 oz (149 gm) size bag. I liked that these Toastees are bite-sized and very well toasted. After opening a packet, it is really hard to resist or just eat 3-4 toastees. I like these with tea and coffee. These are dry in texture and not full of butter or fats. 

I liked Coconut Orange flavor Toastees the most. With each bite, I could feel a hint of oranges and coconut. On top of that, each Toastee is loaded with roasted almonds. Just a wow feeling, whenever I take a bite, I savor it for a moment.

Another flavor which I liked is Sesame Almond. Again, with each bite, I felt perfect crunchiness, and these are loaded with roasted almonds with sesame. This goes perfectly with tea. 

If you like Cranberry flavor then you should also try Almondina Cranberry Almond Toastees. My husband liked these Cranberry flavored Toastees a lot, I liked these moderately.            

These are baked snacks, not fried in oil or loaded with butter. As per product description, each serving consists of 65 calories and 0% cholesterol.  I always keep an eye on the sugar content and this shows 7g of sugar per serving(23 gm). 

The gist of the story is, I really liked Almondina Toastees and would recommend these to everyone.
