Our signature product is the fully sprouted MANNA BREAD®, cake-like, free of salt, no oils, no sweeteners, no leavening agents. Manna bread is moist and delicious, high in protein and fiber. "

My review:
Manna Organics sent me their 4 most popular loaves for review purpose.

What is a sprouted bread?
Before trying Manna Breads, I had never heard about sprouted breads. Manna Organics have defined it as "Sprouted breads are made with live grains. These grains contain vital nutrients and maximize the nutrition and flavor of the bread. Sprouted breads are loaded with enzymes that are activated during the sprouting process. This means each serving of sprouted bread contains multiple important vitamins, minerals and natural fats, as well as protein – nutrients we don’t typically find in ordinary, processed breads."

Manna Organics Sprouted Breads are rich in fiber content. These breads don't contain any yeast as well.

I liked Carrot Raisin sprouted bread the most.Manna Organic breads come as hard dense loaves. These have to be refrigerated. The hard bread turns into soft cake like bread after heating for 1-2 minutes in microwave.

Carrot Raisin Sprouted Bread:-
This bread is made up with Organic carrots and organic raisins. With each bite I can feel like eating raisins and chewing carrots. Raisins and carrots add mild sweetness to bread.

Banana Walnut Hemp:
Dried banana, walnut, organic flex and hemp seeds constitute this bread. When I heated this bread in microwave, I could feel the smell of banana. Its good for banana and walnut lovers. Good thing about this bread is that it adds nutrition from both fruits as well as dried fruits.

Sunseed Sprouted Bread
Next one is Sunseed Sprouted Bread. This again consisted of lots of healthy ingredients like organic sunflower seeds, organic millet, organic flax etc. This tasted well and turned extremely soft after heating.

Bavarian Rye Sourdough
This bread is different from other 3 loaves. This is made with Rye Sourdough. This is wheat free and low fat bread. If you like sour dough breads, then you will definitely like this as well.

In a nutshell, Manna Organics breads are organic, healthy, yeast free substitute for normal breads. These have no preservatives added and can be refrigerated. These are made with whole grains, which makes these breads rich in fiber content as well as high in nutrition. I liked these sprouted breads.

If you don't like taking too much fiber in diet, then there are chances that you might not like texture and taste of these breads.
