This set includes total 5 cells, a cell charger and a flashlight. It is really easy to put cell in the flashlight, I just put the rechargeable green color battery in the torch and it was ready.
This flashlight has 5 modes that can be controlled by the green button given in the back side. This button can be pressed with different pressure and this changes the intensity of light i.e from full, medium to Low and also to strobe mode.

This LED flashlight really illuminates large area, it is very easy to operate and its cells can be recharged. I didn't get a chance to charge the cells as my battery is still working. But, it seems to be very easy, just plug the batteries and charge it.
Surface of flashlight is not slippery and it has some attached clip. I liked the quality of this flashlight, it looks different than normal flashlights.

In a nutshell, I liked this flashlight; it can be taken anywhere. I keep it my car always, in case of any emergency I can use it to signal. If you are really looking for some good quality, sturdy flashlight then I would recommend this flashlight. Its rechargeable cells makes it cost effective in the long run.
