I am not an expert chef or food blogger, but yes I cook daily at home. I am doing it for last 4-5 years, and I can say that I can easily say which things can ease life in kitchen.

Initially when I started cooking, I had no idea about quality of cooking ware. I remember that first set which I bought was only for $20.00 and it came up with 4-5 pan and pots with lids. That time I thought that I cracked a deal. But in just few months of time, they all burnt. Their bottom was so light that my food used to burn in those cheap pans and pots.

I was thinking about investing money in some new pans, then got a chance to try Green Earth Pan from Ozeri. I had very good experience with other Ozeri products like bath scale and BP monitor in past , so I was really excited to try their frying pan.

It has been more than 8 months that I am using 8" Green Earth Frying pan and it is still in good shape. This pan is having heavy bottom, its not like an ordinary pan which burns your food. I only have to add little amount of oil or butter for cooking, its non stick layer is very smooth and slippery. Food rarely sticks on it.

Its size is good for making pan cakes. I have used this frying pan for numerous occasions for frying vegetables, pan cakes, making gravies and much more.

It is easy to clean, but make sure that you are not using any hard scrub. I scrubbed it hard and it gave little scratches. I have used this pan at low to high heat. I love this pan and have to think for few minutes to write any negative points about this.  Could find only one, after heavy usage for many months;  it developed some brown spots in back side. I kept this pan full of oil and reheated every time for frying and didn't wash it daily. I think it happened because of my laziness.

This pan comes in 10" and 12" inch size as well, I would recommend 10" or 12" inch size. Then you can cook more quantity in single go. 8" is also good if you are cooking for 1 or 2.

Its current price on Amazon is around $24 . When I had not tried this, I thought why anyone would be paying $20+  for a single pan, when they can get 3-4 pans in that price. But, now I can say that its a good deal. Its a long lasting pan, even if you use it daily then its non stick layer won't go away. Its a perfect perfect pan.
