Thera Pearl Sports Pack Review

I suffer from upper neck pain frequently. My muscles in neck region are weak and whenever I sit for long hours in front of laptop then it pains too much. Then I use hot water treatment for some relief.
Recently I got a chance to review a Thera Pearl Sports Pack from company known as Thera PearlDB. I got a complimentary sports pack for review purpose.

This sports pack is very light in weight. It is basically a thick plastic bag full of blue balls i.e blue color pearls. This sports pack can be used for hot and cold treatment. For hot treatment, place the pack in microwave and heat for around 30-40 seconds or as mentioned on pack. I mostly heat it for around 30 seconds and then apply it on my upper neck portion. This sports pack holds heat and is very soft and comfortable to use.

For the first time when I placed the pack in microwave, I was bit hesitant and thought that bag will burst with heat. But bag is designed well to absorb heat. I never heated this pack for more than 40 seconds. Sports pack mentions timings for different power of microwave.

Once the sports pack was heated, then some steam was visible in pack. It retains heat for 15-20 minutes. Then you have to heat this pack again.

I liked the fact that it is easy to use, makes no mess and is reusable. This sports pack is designed not only for sports injuries but can be used for daily aches, pains and getting some relief after long day of work.

This pack can be used for cold treatment as well by keeping it in fridger for at least 2 hours. I have not used it for cold treatment as in my pain hot pack works very well.

I liked the concept of Thera Pearl Sports pack. It works very well .I would like this product to come with some velcro to tie this pack around pain area and don't have to hold it full time.
