Australian Tea Tree Oil From Apothecary Extracts - Review

Disclosure- I received a free bottle of Australian Tree Oil from Apothecary Extracts for sharing my honest review. Opinions expressed are 100% of my own and not influenced by anyone.

I first came to know about Tea Tree Oil around 3 years ago when one of my friend showed me some mini bottle of tea tree oil. I came to know that this oil is used for treating acne. I always used to think that oily skin is the root cause of acne and pimples, so was bit shocked that how oil can treat acne.

I usually keep essential oils in my home as I love their fragrance. This is the first time I used Tea Tree oil. I have very sensitive skin and I am concerned about product quality before trying directly on skin.I read whole literature on Tea Tree oil and came to know that this oil is popular in Australia and extracted from tea tree plant. It has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal properties which make this oil famous since ancient time.

Tea Tree Oil from Apothecary Extracts comes in dark colored bottle of 4 Fl oz size. It has strong smell, it is like natural wood. Even if you apply 2 drops of oil, then you can feel its presence for hours.  I normally put 2-3 drops on Q-tip or cotton ball and then rub on my face. I have some acne on my face, I am applying this oil to treat that acne. I felt that it turns my skin dry. I can feel its cool sensation on my face for hours. I am not using this oil very religiously but yes can say that it is working.I am still having acne, but can see some improvement in my skin.

Tea tree oils should be used very carefully as these can have some side effects. These should be only used externally and should be mixed with some other oils like coconut oil if it is making your skin too dry.

I also added this oil in hand wash and cleaners. It has anti-bacterial properties and that makes it a good ingredient in cleaners. This oil came along with Ebook on tea tree oil usage which lists its 53 uses.

Moisturizing Oil Treatment is my personal favorite. Sharing from their guide-

What You Need:
1 tbsp. coconut oil
10 drops Apothecary Extracts Tea Tree Oil

Mix It: Heat coconut oil in a double boiler until it is warm and liquid. Remove from heat and add tea tree oil.
Apply It: Dip the tips of your fingers into the oil mixture and massage into your scalp gently. Make sure your entire scalp has been treated, but not saturated or you will end up with oily hair. Leave on for 20 minutes up to overnight, then perform your regular hair routine.

I liked this product and still exploring new ways to make maximum use of this. If you like to try Australian Tea Tree Oil from Apothecary Extracts, you can buy this product from Amazon. It costs around $25 for 4 Fl oz size bottle.
I want to suggest Apothecary Extracts for launching this product in small size bottles say 1 FL for $6 or .5 FL for say $3.00. This will make this product reachable to large group of people and more people can get benefit of this oil.
