Review:

I liked the title of this book - The Brandful Workforce. We talk about brands, wear branded clothes and are very brand conscious, but we normally ignore the importance of work force.

Author has explained and shared her real life corporate experiences in this book. She has explained how employees can help in making a brand and how can you hire employees who can promote your brands.

I really liked her style of writing. She has shared real life examples to explain brands and workforce concepts.I could connect with her examples like Trader Joe's Business Model. Why customers are attracted towards variety of products available in stores. I always had that feeling but never tried to understand the business model behind it. Author has explained their business model very well. I also liked chapter #5 on swags. Swags help employees in promoting a brand. I personally like collecting swags like pens, notepads, coffee mugs with  company name or logo on them. Swag helps in making company name a household name. Author's examples of Oreo Erasers and UPS toy trucks shows her detailed study and research about marketing strategies of different companies.

She shared her personal experiences of working with JetBlue Airways. Julia's style of writing coupled with her real life examples has made this book completely different. I really enjoyed reading this book. I came to know about business models of many companies. I would recommend this book to both employees and employers.

I am using these extension cables since the day I got these. I always make sure to turn off the power supply when I am not at home. It avoids overheating of cables and devices connected. Muscles in my neck portion are weak and pain aggravates when I sit for long hours in front of laptop.When it happens then I either use sprays or use hot water treatment. These days I am using Noxicare Pain Relief cream.

 

I found that by applying this product for 4-5 days continuously,there was significant improvement in my condition. I noticed that it worked best when I rub it before sleeping and covered affected area with cloth.

Be careful when applying this cream with your good shirts on. This cream contains turmeric, so you might get some yellow spots on your clothes.I mostly apply this cream when I am at home or in night.

Things I liked about this product:-

• No smell in cream.
• Natural cream made of 7 natural ingredients like turmeric, ginger,basil etc.
• Works naturally and relieves pain slowly. 

To rephrase, this cream is not a pain killer but a pain reliever. 

In a nutshell, it is not a magical balm which will recover your painful muscles and joints in 5 secs and you would be able to play tennis. This product takes time to show results.In my case, as pain was severe, it took almost 4-5 days.If you think that you have time for natural recovery of pain, then this product is best. I found this cream bit expensive. 3.5 oz size cream tube costs around $26.95 .

When I first read about invisible or slim belts from isABelt, these belts sounded so different that I decided to try these. I got a complimentary sample of their invisible belt for review purpose.

 isABelt belt is very light in weight, it is fully adjustable and can fit in your pocket. It comes in a small box.Beauty of  isABelt is its one size fits all feature. It can be adjusted as per your waist size.

This belt has a magnetic clasp. Initially I found it bit difficult to open the clasp, but now I have known the trick to open it smoothly. I tried this belt on my trousers and jeans. It stays well and is easily adjustable.

As it is very sleek, so you can wear it under t-shirts and you will not get any bulge. It means you are wearing belt, still people will not notice it.

I liked the fact that this belt can be kept anywhere i.e you can keep it in pocket, mini bag, clutch, anywhere.It goes well with different clothes.

I liked the concept of isABelt and its light weight. Only change which I would like to see is improvement in Magnetic Clasp. I found it bit difficult to open clasp.
