Edible Green Tea ~ Now you can eat Green Tea Leaves

If you have ever searched internet on health topics or how to eat healthy, you must have seen Green Tea and its antioxidants property. I am very casual person who doesn't follow any strict diet plans or go by some books.
My thumb rule is to make things simple, so you can enjoy the things and can take health benefits out of it.

Green Tea doesn't appease my taste buds, but I usually try to take it often for health benefits. I have observed that whenever I have cold , then a cup of Green Tea soothes me. It helps me in feeling better.

I had never heard about Green Tea Leaves which you can eat. Recently I got some complimentary sample packs of Edible Green Tea Leaves for review purpose. Eat Green Tea company makes this edible green tea.

As per company description -

There is 100 times more EGCG (a powerful antioxidant) in EatGreenTea leaves than there is in brewed green tea. So don’t throw away the powerful nutrients in green tea – EAT THE WHOLE LEAF!

Whole idea is to eat these leaves. You can add these leaves to any food item which you like.It can be soup, smoothies or veggies. These leaves look like normal dried herbs. If you have ever used dried mint or cilantro or any other herb, then you can get an idea about these tea leaves.

If you find it difficult to eat whole leaves, you can easily grind these and then add that powder to your normal tea or smoothies. I found these similar in taste as Green Tea. Initially I didn't like its taste. But now I can easily eat these edible leaves.

I also experimented these leaves on Cake Slices.(You can try these on junk food as well ;) )

I can not measure the health benefits or how much actual antioxidants these leaves provided. But I can say one thing for sure, it is really easy to consume green tea leaves in this fashion. I liked the concept of Eat Green Tea. 100 grams (about a 1 month supply) of these leaves costs $25. It is bit expensive for me, but if I consider its benefits then I can ignore its cost.

Just A Drop : Say No to Bathroom Odor.

Have you ever entered a public bathroom which smells horrible ? If there is not an option to change bathroom or it is an emergency call then you have no choices left :-)

It can happen to anyone. You have no control on your stomach always. Personal bathroom odor can really create bad impression if next person catches you and you know that person. Then you can either ignore or

I received some sample packs of Just A Drop for review purpose. I always use sprays in my bathroom and thought that it is like some spray. But this product is different. Before going to bathroom, just place 1-2 drops into toilet. When you are doing your business, then this keeps toilet layer locked and keeps bad smelling bacteria down. Trust me, this product really works.

I really liked this product. Just a drop keeps bathroom fresh and free of bad odor. This comes in small bottle as well as individual one time usage packs. These packs can be taken easily anywhere like office bathrooms or any place where ever you want to be tension free.

Just A Drop is now Must To Have product in my shopping List. I couldn't find any areas of improvement in this product . I just found this product a bit expensive and would love to see some price drops in near future.

Juppy Baby Walker Momentum - Baby Walk is now Cake Walk !!

Teaching babies anything is not a cake walk. It becomes more difficult when safety comes into picture. Juppy Baby Walker is designed to help mothers to teach and assist their babies in their first walks.

I received a complimentary sample of Juppy Baby Walker for review purpose. I gifted this Juppy Baby Walker to my sister for my lovely niece. My niece is 1 year old and very cute baby who can crawl whole day.

My sister is teaching her how to walk. Most difficult part in this process is balancing. My niece often loses her control and falls. She continuously needs someone to assist . For this my sis has to bent down and long process of baby walk gives her back pain. I wanted to see if this walker can help her in this.

It is easy to pack your baby in walker. There is a zipper in rear portion which you can use.  Then there are 2 velcro straps to firmly tie your baby for security purpose. They have given two adjustable straps which you can adjust to fit your height. My sis found that straps are good for her height i.e. 5.4" but if you are too tall, then you may have to bent a little.

My niece didn't like this walker for the first time, she was crying and thinking like what is going on . Then after 3-4 rounds of walks, she accepted it.As of now this walker is used in house only. They will not go outside until they get used to it.

If you touch baby walker, then it is rough from outside and very soft from inside. Baby walker is easy to fold. You can fold it and can keep it inside your diaper bag or purse. It comes with a cute small bag.

Juppy Baby Walker can be used for babies weighing upto 35 lbs. It comes in many colors like Yellow, Blue , Pink etc. I liked black and yellow color most as it resembles honey bee and I like that :)

In a nutshell, this product is very good . It can be given to new Moms on Baby Showers. Only change I would like to see is to make holding straps bit more lengthy. If possible then I would also like to see straps bit more fancy as normal black straps look like bag straps.

I had reviewed Thera Pearl Sports pack  a few months ago. When I got a chance to review another product from this company, I couldn't resist. I like the whole concept of their wraps.

I got a complimentary box of Thera Pearl Shin Wraps for review purpose. In my sports pack review post I commented that sports pack should have velcro strips for easy usage. I was really amazed when I opened box of Shin Wraps.

Shin Wraps are specially designed for legs. Box contains 2 wraps. Each wrap is big enough to cover large portion of your legs.

I go to gym thrice in a week. After doing workout my body pains. I felt that taking hot shower bath really works after doing exercise. But  sometimes when pain is more then bath only doesn't help. Sometimes you are short of time and can't take shower. In such cases Shin Wrap comes handy.

It is designed to easily wrap it on legs. It can be used as heat pad or cold pad. Wrap looks blue in color and consists of some blue color glittering balls. 
For hot treatment, place the pack in microwave and heat for around 30-40 seconds or as mentioned on pack. I mostly heat it for around 30 seconds and then wrap it. This wrap holds heat and is very soft and comfortable to use.

If you want cold treatment then keep the wraps in freeze for at least 2 hours. Then apply it on pain area. Personally I like hot treatment better than cold treatment.

When I reviewed their Sports pack, that time I was bit hesitant to put the pack in microwave. I thought what will happen if it bursts. But I was wrong, their packs and wraps are specially designed to hold heat. These are microwave safe if used properly( follow directions and usage on packs/wraps).

Velcro straps are a plus in their design as you don't have to hold these and it keeps your hands free. I can easily walk when these wraps are on my legs. I am not going to shopping market wearing these :-)

In conclusion, I am satisfied with Thera Pearl Shin Wraps. These are perfect after long walks, workouts, running, jogging etc.You can also keep these wraps in your handbag and can use anywhere microwave is available.
