Libre glass'n poly Mug Review & Giveaway : Prepare Tea with Loose-leaf tea

I am a tea drinker. I usually drink around 5 cups of tea daily. When I came to know about Libre Tea Glass, I was really excited to try this.  I received a Libre glass'n poly Mug for review purpose.

Libre(lee-brah) word signifies state of being free. Libre Mug is for enjoying tea moments anywhere.
I am using Libre Mug since 2-3 weeks. It takes around 3 minutes to prepare loose-leaf tea using Libre.

My experience:
I found it easy to prepare loose-leaf tea using Libre. First I heated water in microwave and filled Libre Mug, then placed loose tea on stainless steel filter and then reverted the Libre Mug. In 3-4 minutes, water turned into red color and tea was ready. I liked the fact that Libre Tea Mug serves both purposes i.e it prepares and filters tea and it also works as a mug.

Step 1: Pour hot water and place Tea Leaves or Loose Tea

Step 2: Wait till your tea is brewed

Libre Mug really looks stylish and very different. I found that Mug was easy to handle even when tea was hot. Libre Mug is not microwave safe, I would love to see Libre having this feature. It would be really convenient if Libre can be directly placed in microwave. Libre glass'n poly Mug costs $32.50.

Concord Foods Guacamole and Salsa Mix Review

I recently got a chance to review Guacamole and Salsa mix from Concord Foods. 

Concord Food's Salsa seasoning mix and Guacamole mix comes in small packets. These are very easy to use and add appropriate flavor to dishes. I tried these for making Salsa and Guacamole.

Salsa Seasoning Mix:-
Seasoning mix contains many ingredients like bell pepper, tomato powder,onion lime juice etc.For making Salsa, I just chopped onions and tomatoes in a bowl and mixed Salsa seasoning mix. It made instant salsa. You can adjust the hotness level by changing seasoning quantity.
The Salsa was a huge hit in my house. It makes a great side dish and can be taken as salad or with chips.

Guacamole Mix:
This is the first time I prepared Guacamole at home. Guacamole mix is very easy to use. I just cut 2 Avocados and then mashed those. Actually Avocados were not very ripe , so I mashed these by adding little amount of water. I also added some fresh Cilantro and then Guacamole mix. It was so easy and Guacamole was ready. Guacamole mix helps in making a tasty dip in little amount of time.

In a nutshell I liked the concept of these seasoning mixes. Concord Foods have posted many recipes at their website. You can check their recipes here.

My Review:

I like reading real life stories or stories which can be an eye opener. Recently I got a copy of book named Happy Beginnings for review purpose. In this book Author has described her real life account of how she gave her life a fresh start after getting divorce.

I enjoyed reading this book. Author has explained real life situations in such a vivid manner that it made me think about love and life. I was thinking how a person feels when his/her partner just casually say that I want divorce after spending so many years together. You are left with only two options in this case. First one is to cry and wait for some miracle to happen. Second one is to give your life a new start i.e. Happy Beginnings which Lorena Bathey followed. Author has shown that instead of waiting for some miracle to happen, you have to take that magical wand in your hands.

Lorena shared her personal experience of dealing the divorce. She beautifully captured her emotions,feelings and courage in this book. I truly believe that life never ends and you should keep going.

I really enjoyed this book and learned so many things. Lorena's style of writing coupled with slight humor has made this book completely different.

This book is a must read for all ladies especially those who are going through breakups or divorce. This book will help in motivating and giving strength.

Affresh Cleaning Products Review

 

I recently got a chance to review cleaning products from Affresh. They have cleaning supplies for all the cleaning needs of your house.  I am using these products since 2-3 weeks for daily cleaning activities in my house.


Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner- I was in search of some dishwasher cleaner. My dishwasher frequently troubles me with black particles on mugs and glassware. I used to clean it with vinegar and baking soda. This time I tried Dishwasher Cleaner from Affresh. These come in tablets form and fits easily in soap section. I used it and it cleaned the dishwasher very well. Now I have solution for cleaning dishwasher hassle free.

Affresh Washer Cleaner: This product is designed to remove deposits and bad smelling residues from washer. This also comes in tablets form. My washer is not giving any bad smell  but I gave it a try. It is very easy to use and cleans washer very well.

Affresh Stainless Cleaner- I always need stainless steel cleaning products for cleaning my kitchen sink. My sink is always covered with stains and rust spots. I liked plum scent of this cleaner. I sprayed this cleaner all over the sink and left it for some minutes. I had to scrub and spots were getting removed. I found this product bit mild and wish that it should be more strong for reducing scrubbing efforts.

Affresh Kitchen Appliance Cleaner: This cleaner is used for cleaning all appliances in my kitchen. I cleaned my refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and oven with this cleaner. Just spray some cleaner on cloth and rub the appliances. It cleans very well and removes bad smell as well.

Affresh Cooktop Cleaner: I have old cook top in my house and any spill or leftover food particles turn into big black spots on it. I tested this product on my cook top when it badly needed cleaning. I found that it works best if you spray and left it for some time. Then take some sponge and scrub the cook top. It removed many spots from my cook top.It works best if spots are not very old. I would love to see this product bit stronger so that scrubbing efforts can be minimized.

Barts Cookies Review & Giveaway

Who doesn't love cookies? I love bakery products and was excited to review two varieties of cookies from Barts Cookies. Cookies were packaged well in ziplock bags and came in good shape. I couldn't wait and immediately ate some.

Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies: 
Barts Cookies are thick and round shaped. These cookies were fresh and soft and full of chocolate chips.With each bite I could feel the butter melting in my mouth. These cookies were so fresh as if someone just took these out of oven. I liked the taste and quality of these cookies. I couldn't resist myself and ate 3 cookies in a row :-)..(That is too much..)

White Chocolate Chip Cookies:-
These cookies were covered with white chocolate chips. These were also yummy and delicious. I found their aftertaste as bit salty. Salt is added in small amount to give these cookies a different taste.

In a nutshell, I am impressed with quality and taste of Barts Cookies. These are different and gives heavenly feeling. Barts cookies come in many flavors.These are perfect gift for any occasion.You can check Barts Cookies at their website.
